I am now officially 15 weeks and one day.. Thought I would do a update with how baby is growing. It just amazes me how fast things happen and what's new week to week..
Your baby is 4 inches long and weighs more than 2.4 ounces now!
The baby can swallow food and hear you and other sounds by now. You might be able to feel moments of activity and periods of rest as the baby moves, kicks, sleeps and wakes. You might notice some fluttering movements but they might not be so profound. The baby can grasp, squint, frown, grimace and suck the thumb at this stage.
Our BIG appointment will be Tuesday the 24th.. I am so excited to see what we are having. I want to paint and do all those fun things.. I will keep everyone updated..

Halloween on the Strip
For Halloween we decided to walk around on the strip here in Vegas to see all the fun costumes. I think my husband was the one that had the eye catching costume.. It was fun to walk a few feet behind him and watch everyones faces as they saw what he was wearing. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if you seen his picture somewhere online.. There were so many people that wanted pictures with him or just him.. It was quite entertaining to say the least..
KISS was performing at the Hard Rock and they were out taking pictures. Bill got his picture with them. I wish we would have gotten a picture of the sign that shows there were there, nobody believes it's the real KISS..

Baby Furniture
About a week ago I woke up early and was looking around on Craig's list for the fun of it to see what baby items they had listed.. It's never too early to start picking up things, that way it's not so expensive all at once.. I found this baby furniture set on there and wrote the guy and told him I was interested.. I have writtin' to many people on here and never got to them first, so I was really hoping that this time I did.. About 30 minutes later he said that we were first of 5 people.. Yipee!! We met with them and loved the furniture, so here it is.. It's a Basset brand, and I think we scored with the price too.. We were so happy with our purchase..
Since we have family coming up for Thanksgiving we thought we better set it up in the craft room/ baby room to get it outta the guest room.. Lately the guest room has been more of a baby storage.. It's a tight squeeze in the room, yet we will make it work..
We also have a bassinet that Grampa Rademacher made for all his kids and all the nieces and nephews have used.. After setting up the baby room Bill went and put that together too.. I think he is excited too.. He's gonna be a great daddy!!

Pumpkin Patch
One of the days I was home in Utah we decided to go to Centerfield to the Pumpkin Patch.. It was so much fun.. I love all things to do Fall. The colors are amazing.. I really miss being somewhere you get the seasons. Vegas is pretty in it's own way, just nothing like Utah in the fall and winter..

4Th of July
We had a fantastic 4th of July.. Mel and Trevor came out for the weekend. It wasn't the same as the good ole 4th and 24th in Utah, yet we had a blast.
It was nice and toasty out, to we thought we would head swimming.. Trev fell asleep in the car on the way there. We thought we would let him finish his nap then come join us in the pool..
Trev was enjoying the parade.

We found a great place for firework last year, so that's where we went again. There is a nice hill out by out house that you can climb and see the fireworks in the entire city.. It's awesome..
Thanks sister for such a wonderful weekend.. I love all the time that we spend together.
