So, I decided to get myself into boot camp. I started yesterday and it goes until the end of Aug. I am hoping to get back into shape ( rather than plump).
So far, it's been fun. I can tell that I let myself go too long without doing something. It's so easy to procrastinate and talk yourself out of doing things.
I am hoping that I can keep the right mind set and get the weight off...
